Warranty… Mile High Designs warrants our products to be free of defects from materials or workmanship to the end user.  Our warranty is limited to the replacement of defective products.  This limited guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees or warranties implied or expressed.  Buyer assumes all risk for any and all damage caused to himself, a third party and/or property by virtue of failure of this product.  All our products are designed for use with standard equipment.  Mile High Designs makes no claims as to the products effectiveness on modified equipment.  Mile High Designs is the sole determiner if damage is caused by misuse or installation error.  We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices, or model applications.  By installing and/or using the Motor Guard MX, you hereby accept and understand these stated terms and conditions and have followed all installation instructions.  Simply contact Mile High Designs at motorguardmx@msn.com and notify us of the defect.  Mail the defective product to the address listed below.  After determining its fault, we will send out a replacement item. Children should be supervised while handling product or packaging due to small parts and/or plastic items.  These items may present a choking hazard.
